Default F1 toroid help

I recently posted a similar question on this forum though it was ultimately unresolved. I'm hoping somebody can help.

I'm building an F1 and figured this transformer (http://search.digikey.com/scripts/Dk...ame=TE60602-ND) would work. The specifications are right however the power filter board (as can be seen here: http://www.firstwatt.com/downloads/f1_srv_man.pdf) has holes for dual primaries. I'm wondering whether I need a transformer with dual primaries or can I leave two of the holes blank? Further more do I need to use all the thermistors? Any help, suggestions for wiring would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

No.

No.

The thermistors are optional, but highly recommended.
I would wire it so I used both, one on each side of the primary.
However just wiring it up as shown and not connecting the non-existent primary would not be the end of the world.
