i just count about 20 mistakes, without having the board or gerbers. just from the pictures. or maybe they were there by purpose ?

you just found-out that have a better source ? you should knew this before, but... probably you also have a good source, since 5 euros was way too much compared to your 3 USD price tag.

so, when we can see the gerbers ? maybe pcb file too ?

Why didn't you connect IR2110's COM pin directly to low side source?
Keep in mind, that Vss and COM do not need to be at exactly the same potential, so you could connect COM to low side source and Vss to local ground.

As noted at the beginning of the thread, this is not my project so I will leave this answer to Tibi.
Thanks.

darkfenriz,

I don't get your observation. Can you please be more precise, where we should connect com (IR2110 pin 2) ?
You mean to float drive the mos-fet's ?

Regards,
Tibi

To GND0, as close to Q102's source as possible.
That's how I think it should be done.

Yes, you are right and I already mentioned that we want to achieve a better ground separation between IR2110 and mos-fet choppers.
This means high current return will mainly go to IR2110 COM pin 2.
Will reflect this in schematic as well.

Regards,
Tibi

Cnx, I don't think you can make such a strong allegation without providing proof.

Please list out the 20 mistakes you found, or stop making unsubstantiated derogatory remarks about others work.
