I need a toroidal transformer from 120 to 160 VA (2 x 22v to 2 x 35V) with a maximum height of 35 mm to install in a 1U rack. Where can I get?

Looks like you would need a custom designed toroidal here. Unless you can find something suitable on eBay or similar.
You could try connecting two *identical* transformers, each with half of the required VA rating, in parallel to obtain the required VA but you will then need to house two transformers and you would need to check carefully that they are sharing the load evenly. Cheers Ray |
