I intend to use the regulators to power up a pcm1794 dac

In my experience C1 and C3 have great influence for sound more than expected.
This article would help you

Thank you guys. I'll give it a read.
I was asking for a substitute type because of the great space that teflons and micas require

Nice site, in the past i have had read humble... Don't record exactly the name but i'm sure you know of what I'm talking about.
K.. So from what I've read the teflons play neutral and maybe that's what I'm searching for.
For the moment I bought some 50nf russian micas and use them to decouple the pcm1794, the guy on the site you gave the link uses the tested caps in the audio signal path and guess this way you can observe the pro/cons for each cap easier than when you use them as decoupling caps.

How about MA2SP010GL, DA2S00100L or MA2707700L which are available on digikey?

By the way, do you still have bypass cap on ES9018?

Now I have replaced NMOSFET with RF diode. I got MA2S077 which Cd is 0.9pF (typ). Unfortunately it is discontinued. But you can find the substitution easily. Measuring serial resistance (Rs), it shows approx 2 ohm/each on 10mA DC. The Rs tends to become lower over high band frequency.

The sound is more open, transparency and soulful, obtained a big improvement IMO.

I think that Reflektor is affected greatly by two factors at least.
1) The quality of C1
2) The quality of R5

If you use lower quality one you would feel dissatisfaction by all means and could not know the true talent of Reflektor. As long as I used some film caps for C1 and/or winding wire resistor for R5, I was not able to obtain a good result. I recommend that Teflon or Mica for C1 and Vishay VAR for R5.

Next I will study how the quality C3 affects the sound.

best regard

Sorry, I did not notice your question.

1) It seems MA2SP010GL is better for its lower Terminal capacitance.
2) Yes, I still put on bypass caps on ES9018 board.
I have not yet studied for the bypass caps its necessity, quantity and/or quality. But I can say that even if there is bypass caps, the RefleKtor has a big influence.

Does anyone know if SSLV BiBs have been used for powering a BoZoS, +/-60 V @ 80 mA? Can it be done, is it recommendable?

Best regards
