Help w/ Battery Selection

Hey I was hoping you guys would be able to help me out with this. I am constructing a cheap portable speaker setup and am going to run it off of a 555w amp and battery. The amp takes a 12v 5 amp DC input and I'm wondering which ampere-hour (ah) rating battery I need to get to power it. This is the amp:

and for the battery I was planning on something like this:

Would it be cheaper to use multiple lower ah rated batteries wired in a circuit? I'm looking for the most inexpensive way to power this amp.

Realy need more information here. How long do you need to
power the amp and what is the real curent draw? Assuming
it realy pulls 2A then that 7AH battery would probably be ok
for a little over 2 hours. The 7AH rating applies to a much slower
discharge rate. Also unless the battery is specified for "deep cycle" use running it down verry far will cut it's useful life expectency a great deal.
