Hi everyone.
I will put my question in simple terms. I have three transformers available to me: 30v center tapped, 85v center tapped and 15v(not center tapped). is it possible to get +-35VDC out of one of these to power up a gainclone? |

No, but 35V is on the high side for a gainclone. I would go for the 30V (15+15) since 21V will already give enough power and will be far easier to keep cool.
