Default Voltage regulation for TL494?

I want to make my car smps with voltage regulation.Currently it's set for maximum pulse width and the output voltage is dependant from the input.How can i make it regulate the dual symmetric outputs?Both error amplifiers can be used since i don't use current limiting.
