Projet SMPS very popular, with a change made by me, will it work?

It should work just fine.
Be warned though, there is no current limiting at all, you may want to add that in. |

It doesn't look like you changed anything related to the power transformer. The voltage applied to the transformer will be approximately twice as much in a full bridge, so you need to double the number of turns on the primary or double the PWM frequency. Increasing the frequency could cause trouble with power losses or compensation, so be aware of that.
