hello.


Since I am starting from scratch again, to build a new SMPS.

Can any one give more informations for this.

I need to build 2KW power SMPS.


1- what frequency to use,?

2- the best IC drivers to use

3- IGBT or Mosfets?


4- How to calculate the Transformer turns?

5- What is the best way for winding transformers?

6- Resonance calculations

7- Filters at the output of the power supply.

8-Any examples for PCB design and crepage calculations, and examples how to isolate parts on the PCB, and what to isolate from what?

9- efficiency

10- Feed back loop. Open loop, or what ?


I will be more that great full fro any help, or documentations for such answers
