Default SMPS for beginner

Hi,
I want to realize smps for my tda7490, I have 320vDC,SG3525,NCP5181, IRFP460 and E cores 168-26A (micrometals) but I don't know the good diameter wire , the good frequency osc and the good number of turn (primary and secondary) to have -/+28V 6A.
Can you help me?
