Hi,
isolated means separating the equipment and user from the mains. One side is mains connected. The other side is isolated from the mains and tested to >=1500V

My translation:
"Can a 1:1 mains isolation transformer be used as a HT transformer (in a valve amp) or would a switchmode transformer have to be used?" Assuming that a normal HT tranny is not available.
