Try to think about it when you relax!
Definitely yesterday was very very tired, I'm sorry for misunderstanding about TVC gain but I know there is some TVC with gain....

Quote from Dave about TVC

"Yes, some people report good results but be aware that wiring for 6dB of gain means that the source will see only 1/4 the inductance of the full winding. Stacking the core with more interleave will recover the lost inductance, though the ultimate success may depend on your system and your requirements."

Do you know or post a link how to be wired for 6dB of gain?

Felipe,

do you need that extra gain? Also don' t forget that output impedance will go up with 6dB gain.

George,

Do you know the output impedance setting to 6dB gain?

Have you played with different inductance in yours TVC?

1)it depends on the output impedance of the stage before the TVC. How much lower, better ask Thomas Mayer who is an expert on this.
2)no, as I couldn' t find a reason to increase the inductance.

1/are the Lundhals
2/I assume you don't need more gain or inductance, how do you know if you need or don't need more inductance?

Cheers....
If you got two B+ local points to feed for two tubes, link them and put F+,S+ as a midway node for example.
