25mA same issue, tx is 240VAC could be the problem?

You said on dummy no problem, less current same stuff, so it must be on the output side. Checked 4 wires not wrong by mistake? If no mistake scope for no big oscillation on the power lines. Probe 1:10, scope on ACin, 10mV/div see for clean DC line, stay safe its HV.

4 wires are OK, can I do the test for no oscillation with the dummy load?

Dummy test first so to see the led works, there is output, all ok as before.

Oooooops Salas, when I connect the probe gnd to the dummy load gnd a big spark lit!!!!!

Red led lits & have 280Vout on the dummy load.

Connected again the DVM: dummy load still haves +280V

Vin at the reg is only +287V with the dummy load connected
