Default Opamp - Max supply check please....

I'm a little confused about the "single supply" rating of this opamp.
Can someone have a look for me ?
....I want to power it with +15v, -0V (circuit ground).

The max supply voltage is +/-8v, so that would be 16v for a single supply. Your 15v supply should work fine.
