Stealth vs. Hyperfast diodes

Which would be the preferred diode for 60hz rectification? I know stealth has a lower Vf drop, but it also has a higher recovery time. Is the recovery time even important at 60hz?

I'm sure there are other properties to consider that I am overlooking.

Reverse recovery is not important for 50/60Hz applications because di/dt is very low. Forward voltage drop is usually more important, but it's achieved at the expense of more stored charge and a longer recovery.

In 50/60Hz circuits the spike due to the brief reverse conduction is easily tamed with RC snubbers, as done in SMPS.

So does that mean that the stealth diodes with proper RC snubbers would be best?

I already have both types, I'm just trying to figure out which one to use.
