Powering a PGA2310

Hi, I'm new to the forum...I'm working on a preamp based around the TI PGA2310 attenuator chip and I need some help with picking out a transformer that will supply sufficient current to power the chip. I have a +/- 15 volt regulator schematic already and I just need the xformer. How much power does the PGA require? My LM317/337's can't supply more than 1.5 amps each so I know I need that much or less from a transformer. Is an amp per rail sufficient? I'm trying to keep my preamp in a 2 inch tall box and I need to use the smallest transformer possible (and toroidal ones are really expensive for the specs I want).

Any suggestions?

Thanks!
