hi guys im about to build a new amp kit from aussie amps and ive got 4 x300va 40 0 40 transformers .my question is can i join them together some how to get 2 x 600va transformers without increasing the voltage . my old amp a gb 300 was happy to run with the 300va toroids .1 per channel but the new amp would be better with 600va per channel or more so i was hoping to use the toroids i have somehow instead of buying new ones . cheers

I don't think so. . . parallel connection with any imbalances could be
problematic. . . two different cores. |

Hi,
I cannot see the problem of joining the outputs together after seperate bridge rectifiers per transformer.

Hook them up in series and use full wave rectification.
