7805 and LM/LT323 has noise of 40uv, vs around 130uv in 7815, and 0.003% in LT/LM317 and LT1085/1086.
I will be trying to find out if I use 7805 with a resistor connecting adj to ground ( bypass by 47uf), and about 150 ohm from the output to adj, to get 15 V output, will it sound better then 7815.
Will also try LT323 in place of 7815 in similar way.
Any one has tried it this way?
