CSS SDX10 is back. Needs about 25 litres sealed.

Is there a "crossover" for this combination?
Thanks Dave!

No passive XO developed… that is hard. A PLLXO is easy, cheap, and no electronic haze, miniDSP, 1st watt B4 others easy too, more versatile, but pricier and another piece of electronics.

Is the PLLXO available to the public?

Well yes, sorta. It has to be derived specifically for the amps you are using… A series cap for the HP, and a series R with a shunt cap for the LP. And maybe some sort of attenuator if your amp(s) don’t have gain control (usually needed on the LF amp).

Thanks Dave. I'll give this one some serious thought. I have a Carver power amp with gain controls, so hopefully that will help if I go this way. It might be time to look into a DSP too.

Yes I do. I'm leaning toward going with the CSS SDX10 Dave mentioned. Jeff Bagby has a build for it as an "add-on" woofer for his Continuums (which I have) and other somewhat similar sized drivers.
