Bob,

If you are referring to the need of visuals - it is simply a form of inspiration / ideas on what can be done and also can get more discussions going. I myself do not have the room size to utilize such a speaker system.

I was thinking of these: EL166 MTM ML-TL

They played real deep, real loud, and did it cleanly. Hopefully the new woofers will have a similar output.

Jeff- since Mark is still putting the Alpair label on these, I'd be quite surprised if they didn't out-finesse the EL166- and Dave's thought experiment about 4 in one box -apparently not yet committed to publishable drawings- has me worried

Not another faceted box, please - I can hardly remember how I finally managed the first pair.
