I did a 'slight' double take after clicking a link in this thread: http://www.diyaudio.com/forums/full-range/211528-c-horn-project-4.html
This link if you dont want to read / flick through: ½¨Æ½ÒôÏì ȫƵÒôÏä ÃÔ¹¬ÒôÏä fostex ʵľÒôÏä ȫƵÀ®°È-ÌÔ±¦Íø
Am thinking 'knock off' - are they legitimate licensed product?

There is also the bloody cheek of them using photos of my personal speaker builds and photos I took in my listening room, which is not on.
David something really needs to done about this.
Not impressed.
Colin
I thought I'd seen that room and pair of speakers before..... this gives me the creeps.
*shivver
Most of the pictures look to have been lifted from DIY builds shown on this forum.
Not a great deal that can be done about pictures, since if they're posted on a publically accessible forum without any copyright statements, they become fair game. As for the enclosure though, at present, it's theft since they have not made any attempt to follow the commercial licensing requirements.

A cynic might opine that the attitude of certain Chinese manufacturers / resellers is rather like that of the Honey Badger, who as we all know doesn't much give a darn
Edit: as to owners of the IP, or builders whose photos were purloined achieving any effective redress other exposure of the transgressions from the well documented history of the FH3 (or any other such DIY project) within these fora, well good luck with that.

Was thinking more of the HK audio brethren - someone has gotta know a guy who nose a guy - that's probably universal,- no, correct that, global
