of the two me thinks the WAF is the more critical and strict criteria of the two!

I meant to post an example of an EnABLed speaker.

WAF is a very variable factor. Around here i am usually more critical of cosmetics, once the crowd gets too large, particulariliy as we approach a holiday with peole comng over, pressure to reduce quantity does increase. The only speakers she doesn't like are the tall Woden ones -- and that because it blocks the view of the TV from the kitchen

flat panel prices are getting better all the time so maybe one mounted to the fridge or above the sink might allow you to create an interesting room divider with speakers!
i'm envious of your space as my house nazi sends me out to the garage even in january!
