Where would I go about purchasing some copper imprinted on mylar, somewhere on the order of 3-5 microns thick (or lower if possible)?

In metalized caps, is the metalization aluminum or copper?

99.9% of metallized film caps are aluminum.
Reliable Capacitor makes copper foil caps, but I don't recall that they have metallized copper caps, per se. I doubt they'd sell the raw metallized film, even if they did. Grey |
