Does anyone know if I can take my CLSs, pull the panel out and slide in a stator from a Monolith?
Would the trannie in the CLS PSU drive the Monolith panel? I don't like the dispersion I'm getting from my CLS, and I feel that the low responce of the CLSs are interfering with the mids and highs as well resulting in a muddy and magicless experience. C |

Yes you can do that, but!!!!!! the Monolith panel while being the same external diamentions is not capable of going down as low because the segments within the panel are more and smaller, becuse M/L only needed it to go down to 125hz then a 12inch bass driver takes over.
That being said the the Monolith panel should sound better than the CLS from 125hz up, because the segments are more and not as big so the radiating pattern should be better and capable of giving higher spl's also higher in top end extension, just don't take it below 125hz, use a sub!
