There may be Metal Supermarkets outlet in your town of Calgary and they usually order perforated metal from here: http://www.diamondman.com/index.html

McMaster will ship to Calgary if you can't find it elsewhere: http://www.mcmaster.com/ This is the cheapest source of perforated metal I've been able to find.

Try the yellow pages. Sheet metal, perforated metal or expanded metal. A couple of calls and a few requests for direction ought to get you where you need to be.
If you plan on insulating the perf metal I would suggest you check out the pages under powder coating and see who will coat the sheet with nylon. There should be a number of shops happy to do so. Keep us all posted as to how things work out. Regards Moray James.
