What should be the thickness of the alu foil?

If you know the length and width of the conductor. Thickness can be calculated

4 lines each 1.25m long = 5 meter and 4.5 mm wide. Total resistance should be 4 ohm. Have to find my calculator....

5 meter long 4,5mm wide then it's about 7,5 u thick.

I live only about 3 miles away from their factory, I wish there was a way I could visit or even just hear a speaker without having to go the "authorized dealer" route.

That' s very thin, standard household alu foil is 10u.
