what is this called?

hi maybe a weird question. but im fidling around with magneplanars, and on one of my magnepans i found this connection to the coil wire. and i really would like to have a few of these because i can clamb my aluminum foil coil into it without having the solder problems with comes with aluminium.

but the thing is what are these called ? cant google on anything because i dont have a clue how to name it. or maybe someone knows where to get them ?

hmm cant find similair things

calling magnepan to send over 10 from the us to the netherlands would be expensive , i can imagine there are similair things in europe
