I'm curious how difficult it is to fabricate a set of dust panels for Quad ESL57 speakers? I have an opportunity to pick up a pair with frames but no dust panels.
thank you |

Quad sell them as spare parts, as prefabricated frames with the thin plastic of the dust cover attached (Or used to) and since they are just a wood frame and some plastic they are cheap.
You need a very hot air source to shrink the plastic so its taught. You could probably make your own for less. |
