Has anyone tried to ship their Stage speakers through the mail system?
What sort of container should be used, assuming the original packing material is not availabe? |

Around here home centers sell styrofoam insulation boards 1" thick. There are often small packages of this that will fit in a normal car to get it home. It is also cheap. You can surround the entire speaker with it and then add thee small squares to the eight corners until it fits tightly into a cardboard box. That way even when the carrier punches a hole in the box you still have protection.
While at the home center see if they have any free boxes the size you need, |
