Hello Chaps
I have just finished my 3 year long project of building a pair of electrostatic loudspeakers. After dragging in a few engineers and a lifetime of favours I'm very happy with the result and we are going to try and sell them if we get good reviews from critics that come and listen.
If you have any questions please let me know - Im not here to sell just to give back.

Very Nice !!!
Do you run those as a Two-way system?
jer
Thank you - We listen to the bigger two just in sterio from a small a/b amp that one of the other engineers built.
Great looking planars!
Are those copper clad fiberglass stators?
Yes, we got some single sided fr2 and had it etched then we built a punching machine for it as there's 20,000 holes in each one.
Thanks for the info...great look...what did you coat the copper with?
Thank you - the stators are coated in an anti tracking varnish
What is the hole size on your stator? Do you do segmentation on it?
Wachara C.
The hole size is around 2mm and we do etch segmants to balance and get some dispersion - the narrowest being around 10mm
Thanks bear - the punch is a beautiful piece of kit many engineers said it couldn't be done and it nearly wasn't -can't say to much on that. The countersinking is done by an etching process. Measuring was done with a scope and a mike - old school engineering. The frequency response if from just over 30 cycles to over 20kc.HV bias voltage?
And did you not dull that punch machine pretty fast on the FR2?
Who did all the countersinking on the holes??
Did you measure them? Frequency response?
What is the impedance curve?
Sensitivity?
Look very nice!

Very nice work, looks like a ESL63 panels
Congrats!

Congrats!
Thanks - they do look similay don't they, ours are stronger having fiberglass ribs and reinforcement
publish the curve?
impedance?
Hi bear
Ht is at 5kv
We will publish more data when we get them independently tested alongside another munufactures ESL speakers hopefully in a HiFi mag.
