Default transformer ratio vs impedance

i was looking at group of tube output transformers,
the imput impedance ranged from 1800 to 15000 ohms
how do you calculate the turns ratio?
do you divide the 4 ohm output to the imput impedance.
for full range esl.

The voltage ratio is proportional to turns ratio, while impedance ratio depend on turns ratio squeared. Current is inversely proportional to turns ratio.

Good luck.
