the bass driver of my beloved Heil Kithara has a problem.
As seen on the photo, the glue of the central "core" is partially taking off. can anybody recommend an suitable glue for the repairment, or do I really need to buy a new driver ? thanks gebi

If you're confident, the thicker superglue works well, otherwise PVA wood glue will be fine. If you use PVA, just make sure you leave a small weight resting on the driver overnight whilst it sets up. I use a 24mm socket from a spanner set.

Check all around for weak glue under the dustcap, or you'll be back fixing it again. In fact, you might as well pull it off altogether, and re-glue so you know it's OK.
