After hearing that my Magnepans have been 'upgraded' im wondering what work was done,
is there any way for me to tell other then dismantling them? |

Which model is it? You can try pointing a torchlight at the cloth. If you are lucky, you can see the cross-over in there and tell us what it looks like. Modifying the cross-overs is a common upgrade.
