Default esl 63 fundamental resonance

Hi

I've just rebuild one of my bass panels - looking at it with a tone gen it seems to resonate at 22 herts.

is this what it should be?

No that seems to be a little bit too low.
You have too tension the diapragm more so that you reach the same resonance as the other panels.
All panels shall have the same fs by the way.
