Hi, I have the Selah Audio 3 way dipole. see pics in online forum:
<meta name="description" content="Klipsch audio systems provide the true audio/video lover a wide variety of high performance loudspeakers and loudspeaker systems for music and home theater entertainment centers, including iPod speakers, multimedia s I can get into the box, bypass the passive crossover, and go active. I will order the crossover from Marchand. Each speaker features a 1" Scan Speak AirCirc 6600 tweeter, two 5" Scan Speak slit-cone Revelator mids operating in dipole configuring, and two 8" Scan Speak Revelator aluminum cone woofers in a sealed cabinet. I am thinking that good crossover points would be 150 hz and 1800 hz. power will be by 1206 parasound. what do you think of the crossover point? thanks -paul |

Or maybe even go 200 hz and 2000 hz.
I am complementing my system with my "home made" "sewer pipe transmission line subwoofer", with 2 x HiVi D10.8 in a transmission line enclosure, powered by 500W plate amp, and with built in variable 24 db/ crossover. i built the subwoofer based on: Subwoofers |
