Please help identify magnetostatic ribbon tweeter

I recently bought a used pair of ribbon tweeters just because i got sick to always use dome tweeters

I was told they are from Philips, but that's all i know.... does anyone here know more and is willing to share?

Overall is 80x51mm, handwritten markings on the units say u/695 and N/947...

mounting hole distance 70 x 39 is exactly what i find here. Seems like the square-cut father of rt-3201...

Looks almost exactly like this one, which is said to be a Philips

Those are Philips tweeters, I've had them for a few days, then I sold them again, because they had too little efficiency for my purpose. They sounded OK though.
