Please help identify magnetostatic ribbon tweeter

I recently bought a used pair of ribbon tweeters just because i got sick to always use dome tweeters :rolleyes:
I was told they are from Philips, but that's all i know.... does anyone here know more and is willing to share?

Overall is 80x51mm, handwritten markings on the units say u/695 and N/947...
