Need woofer repair on Janszen Z-412a

We purchased a set of Janszen Z-412a from Carston Studios in 1976. They have performed wonderfully but until recently when one developed a bed, ragged sound. I found that one of the 12" woofers had disintegrated around the edge. See attached photo. Is there any way to repair the woofer or do we have to replace it?
We live in Idaho in the USA.

There are kits out there , that will allow You too " Re Foam " your woofer . . . I
would try googling " speaker refoaming kits " .

Thanks. There looks to be some good kits available. I wouldn't have imaged what I needed would be called a "refoaming kit"!

These are great speakers.

Did you get the woofer repaired I may want to see one or boyh of mine in primo shape
