Hello, All
I am thinking about modifying a pair of Acoustat 1+1's along the lines of a SPECTRA by electrically separating the stators down the vertical centerline and inserting a resistor of approx. 150K between the sections. The original SPECTRA's used 5W resistors according to the schematics I have, but they didn't specify type or voltage rating. Do any of you guys have a recommendation? Wire wounds, carbon comp, voltage rating? Any help/suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks, David |
