I've been digging in old topics to see if someone has suceeded in doing a diy planar and the only reference i found was a broken link.
Anybody here did it and can tell me where to start? |

Jamesbos makes fullrange planars for over 30 years, check:
Another DIY Ribbon thread Take as many magnets you can, buy perforated metal sheet, put magnets in rows N-S-N-S... or asymmetrically, install frame with stretched foil membrane and draw the coil between that rows using conductive acrylics. That's all. |
