BES philips sound panel by bertagni
Haven't seen anything like these around here, so thought I'd post em up.
Rescued from my farthers cleanup and take to the dump mode a few years ago, and forgot completely that I had them :-)
Interesting design, flat panel foam core with driver attached direct to core.
Nice brown/yellow on the front (pretty much glued to the foam core), so I can't do much with that...
anyway, here they are for anyone who wants to look:
Philips sound panel, model 50 w 6045 v2h.
Made in argentina, manufacured by Bertagni (around 1970 somthing they where bought in hongkong, then shipped to NZ), then I managed to get my wifes company to ship them to me in Australia for nothing :-)
as far as I remember the sound was pretty good (long time ago now), but might connect them up again for another go.
interesting cutout on the back, and one of them has a busted corner on the front.
Nice carved patern around the edges on the front too...
but a tad dated... hehehe
