I haven't had much time to follow up on my first post, busy with work these days. Hopefully the Chritmas will give me more time.

Here is a couple of snaps of the early mid range prototype. Yeah, it does look wierd, but sounds good and will give you a good idea on what principles the speaker builds on.

Second picture. these are very early, I think 3rd generation prototypes, but amazingly linear response from 300 to about 5kHz.
