some may have seen already. but i noticed i never posted the end result of my planar magnetic project.
my first full range and im rather pleased, so pleased i might want to persue it commercially, since magnepans are rather expensive over here. and i like doing it
and it think it is alot of bang for buck
response 52Hz -17Khz ~ still want to increase the high end a bit in a next design. but hell efficiency around 84 dB same as an smga from magnepan.
Response and distortion measured at listen position, 1.5 meter from the speaker. the THD its shows is @ 1Khz
here is a playlist with all stuff related to these speakers i recorded during the time. i made everything from scratch. except for the 2 filter parts and terminals
