A question for our German members...cross over frequency?

I have a question about an electrostatic tweeter made in Germany in the 1960's.
My father bought a Nordemende "radiogram" around 1968. It was an AM/FM radio and record player. I think the model name was "Carousel". I have inherited it and want to use the speakers. The bass/mid units are 6"x9" paper cone drivers. They look like they are made by Isophon. The tweeters are small single sided units. They are brown plastic framed 75mmx75mm. The radiating surface is behind a 65mm perforated metal disc. The details on the back are:
StH75 Hochtonlautsprecher. Made in W-Germany.

Now I have the schematic for the power supply and there are no problems there. I was just wondering what frequency to use for the cross over?

I gather they were very popular many years ago. The local retailer has closed down recently. Does anyone have any experience with them?

Thank you, Jonathan
