Boy you can say that agin...1.7....not for me...
Since I can not hear anything above 16KHz I dont have that prob.............yet...........good luck

one might even experiment with the felt pads on the bottom panels and the tape on the top panels.
I find even if I cannot hear the very high fre. a better top end can have an affect on ambiance and the openness in a soundstage.
Just my opinion with my system.
I run Maggie ribbons as super tweeters as well.
what size cap are you using tyu?
I use WE oil cap 6uf.
