Hello,
I want to know what are the cheap options that would not harm sound quality much to connect an amplifier that needs +4dBu input to a computer that outputs -10dBv.

Cheap mixer, I think that small 2ch mixer is capable of boosting signal, but would cheap mixer harm sound quality?

I have soundcard that has option of setting gain to +12, i can`t tell about the quality because i don`t have any other "booster" to compare to.

Preamp. Are there any cheap amplifiers that are capable of such boost?

Equalizer. Setting all the faders to +4dB should do it?

I`m thinking in 50EUR price range if possible. (I have old equalizer)

Thank you for help :D

Setting all faders on your equalizer to +4 usually means a +4dB boost, so in your context that could mean -10dB +4dB = -6dB.
If this is about your Zeck poweramp then choose soundcard setting of +12dB and set the gain of the Zeck to -8dB and you have +4dB.
