Default Can't cast to DLNA streamer

I have an Exelvan music streamer I picked up from BAF last year and I'm just getting around to setting it up. No problems streaming from iPhone or Android tablet. None of the programs on Windows 10 will connect to it though. I have the options set to allow access in "Media streaming options" control panel and I can cast to and find my tablet no problem but not the music streamer.

When I try to connect through Kodi it tells me "failed to play selection"
Edge tells me "Can't connect to device"
Win Media Player gives no errors, click to cast button and nothing happens.

Any ideas?

Looks like it has been rebranded and some minor cosmetic changes have been made since I picked mine up but, here's what appears to be the streamer I'm using. Mine is silver and has an external antenna connector.

Thanks Charlie, I downloaded the trial and it seems to work. Would be nicer if Win10 worked properly so I didn't need another $10 bit of software though.

I guess it's time for me to set up that Linux box I've been putting off.

Ok, now that I have that working I'm on to the next problem.

The stream from Android and iPhone seem to sound ok. Streaming from my Win10 laptop sounds like complete a*s though! No highs, super boomy! I tried streaming from a few different players with the same results. Headphone out from the laptop sounds great but the head out from the streamer box is no good.

Could I be missing something in Win10 that might be limiting my stream rate or audio quality?
