Wink Upsampling/oversampling VST plugin

Hi Everyone,

I am running Jriver music player. I am interested in playing around with various forms of oversampling/upsampling filters via vst plugins. Jriver accepts vst plugins. However I am completely clueless about vst plugins. To be exact, I am looking for a fairly gradual simple filter pretty much what has been described in this.

Upsampling Impressions

Can somebody point me where to get vst filter plugins that has been described by the thread that is hopefully cheap or free...

Thanks ahead.
