Question Which faders were in the Tascam FW-1884?

A long time ago I owned a Tascam FW-1884 (firewire control surface)

I got rid of it because I wanted a standard protocol (MIDI, rather than Firewire) so I bought a MCU.

And it is only when I had the MCU that I realized how awesome the faders of the FW-1884 were. (MCU is very noisy, 1884 was extremely quiet and precise)
I believe that the Tascam US-2400 did not have the same faders than the 1884.

Now I want to build a huge custom surface in MIDI, and I would really like to use the faders that were in the 1884.
I cannot find any details on the net...
So, anyone knows which faders were in this surface?
