I am troubleshooting bluetooth codec's on my Android phone. I need to be able to play an audio file of some type, plug my phone into my computer and have my computer tell me the quality of the input stream.

Basically, I need physical evidence that I'm getting a "high definition" Bluetooth (APT-X) stream instead of normal old A2DP.
The logs on my phone already suggest what I need to know, but I need further evidence.

Any ideas?

My computer only has the typical onboard audio with the 3.5mm microphone input.
